TERMS & CONDITIONS
By booking your child a space in a Tiny Travellers class you agree to accept these terms and conditions.
You are agreeing to take full responsibility for the safety and behaviour of your child throughout the class and whilst arriving and leaving venues You will remain responsible for your child at all times. We will not be responsible for any injury or accident caused as a result of children and/or parents failing to abide by these rules and parents must supervise their children at all times. Tiny Travellers class leaders do not assume liability for the health and safety of your child.
Payment
A place at a class is only guaranteed when payment fees are received. Fees are paid via the online booking system.
Refunds and Cancellations
Tiny Travellers is under no obligation to refund or transfer any monies in the event that you are unable to attend a class, classes, or the entire block. However, you may offer your place to a friend as a gift provided you inform your class leader, but no monetary alternative will be given.
If we cancel a class for any reason, we will add the cancelled class onto the end of your block. If you cancel your booking for the next block prior to 14 days of the commencement date of the block, we will issue you a refund minus an administration charge of £10.00. In all other events, 100% cancellation fees are applicable.
If we need to cancel or delay a class for reasons beyond our control, we’ll let you know, do our best to reduce the impact, and add any missed class to the end of your block. If the delay is significant, you can contact us to cancel and get a refund for classes you have paid for but not received due to their cancellation. As long as we take the steps above, we won’t be responsible for delays caused by the event. However, if a delay is likely to be significant, you can contact us to cancel the contract and get a refund for any services you’ve paid for but haven’t received.
Parties
A non-refundable deposit of £50 must be paid to secure the booking. The remaining cost must be paid in full no later than 10 days before the party. We are unable to offer any refund for cancellations within 10 days of the party.
Holiday
We do not offer discounts or refunds to cover your booked holidays due to the needs to ensure continuity of service. You may offer your place to a friend to attend a session you know you are unable to attend. You would need to inform your class teacher.
Photography
Photos and videos may be taken of your own child during the classes but please ask permission if any other child is in the photo/video. Tiny Travellers cannot be held accountable for videos and photographs taken by other parties.
Photos and videos may be taken at any and all Tiny Travellers’ classes and events by staff which may be used in the public domain for promotional purposes. Please inform us if you do not give your permission for an image of you and/or your child to be used in this way.
Loss/Damage
Tiny Travellers cannot accept any responsibility for loss/damage of personal possessions during or after our classes.
